Motion  2008-03-x

(Butler)

This motion would amend the Johnson's Landing Lease to allow West Shores Marina & RV Park, LLC to charge a fee to persons for using the publicly owned and paid for Sewer Dump Station.

Editor's Note:

Vice President Rouhe did not recuse himself from the discussion or the vote despite the fact that the Political Reform Act requires him to do so because one of the partners in West Shores Marina & RV Park, LLC (Dennis Rieger) is an "economic interest" of Rouhe through their partnership in          RR Investments Inc.
