The Board of Directors consists of
five members elected at large. They serve alternating four-year
terms. Directors are
responsible for establishing policies and guidelines that further the common
interests of the District as a whole. The Board shall act only by
ordinance, resolution, or motion passed by a majority of the Board.
All
legislative sessions of the board shall be public.

This motion would amend the
Johnson's Landing Lease to allow
West Shores Marina & RV Park,
LLC to charge a fee to persons for using the publicly owned and paid for
Sewer Dump Station.
Editor's Note:
Vice
President Rouhe did not recuse himself from the discussion or the vote
despite the fact that the Political Reform Act requires him to do so
because one of the partners in
West Shores Marina & RV Park,
LLC (Dennis Rieger) is an "economic interest" of Rouhe through their
partnership in RR
Investments Inc.
