The Board of Directors consists of
five members elected at large. They serve alternating four-year
terms. Directors are
responsible for establishing policies and guidelines that further the common
interests of the District as a whole. The Board shall act only by
ordinance, resolution, or motion passed by a majority of the Board.
All
legislative sessions of the board shall be public.

This resolution would have
acknowledged that Resolution 2007-6-1 which was voted on on June 15th,
2007, did not receive the required 2/3 Board vote required to increase
the Sewer User Fee.
(The validity of the fee increase is
the subject of two Grand Jury complaints that have been filed.)
