Resolution 2006-12-1

(Barrett)

This would have asked the County of Imperial to hand over all the Fire Mitigation Fees that the County collected from within the District over the last 10 years for fire protection services that the County did not and does not provide but was and is provided by the District. Over $350,000 has been collected by the County.

Resolution 2006-12-2

(Barrett)

The District is violating voter approved Ordinance 2005-1-1 (which is a crime under State law) Sewer construction funds are being commingled with the sewer maintenance department via the new Sewerjet. This resolution would've reimbursed sewer construction every time sewer maintenance used the Sewerjet.
