The Board of Directors consists of
five members elected at large. They serve alternating four-year
terms. Directors are
responsible for establishing policies and guidelines that further the common
interests of the District as a whole. The Board shall act only by
ordinance, resolution, or motion passed by a majority of the Board.
All
legislative sessions of the board shall be public.

District paid for the installation. They would be installed in the
District in very limited locations.

added to the agenda as an "emergency" item. The vote to add the item was
4-1 with Director Barrett abstaining)

counsel subsequently verified what Directors Rouhe and Barrett had
stated - The District does not currently have the power / legal
authority to spend any money on mail delivery services. |
