a.      Approve Job description for the district’s CC&R’s compliance Investigator.

b.     Approve Resolution No. 2006-6-1 entitled “a resolution of the S.C.S.D. Board of Directors establishing rules of procedure for the architectural commission and related activities.”

c.     Approve Resolution No. 2006-6-2 entitled “a resolution of the S.C.S.D. Board of Directors rescinding obsolete and antiquated past board resolutions pertaining to CC&R’s enforcement and architectural oversight.

d.     Approve Resolution No. 2006-6-3 entitled “a resolution of the S.C.S.D. Board of Directors rescinding obsolete and antiquated past board ordinances pertaining to CC&R’s enforcement and architectural oversight.
