Members of the audience may address the Board (5) minutes on any district-related item not appearing on the agenda. However, California Government Code Section 54954.3 prohibits any action being taken on items not appearing on the agenda. Personal attacks on individuals, slanderous comments or comments, which may invade an individual’s personal privacy, are prohibited. Those who wish to address the Board should come to the microphone and state your name and address for the record.

Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting of January 17, 2006

Best, Best & Krieger’s invoice in the amount of $3,474.60 for the month of January, 2006

a. Golf Course – Eleanor Roy, President

10. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Approve Fire Department Vehicle Policy/Asst G.M.

11. NEW BUSINESS:
Approve placing ballot measure on the November 7, 2006 general election/Butler

Approve staff to perform a sight inventory of all fire department equipment to include items purchased in the past 32 months and report back findings at the March meeting/Butler

Approve reestablishing citizens architectural committee and each board member appoint a citizens/Palmer

Approve Resolution No. 2006-2-1 entitled" a resolution of the Salton Community Services District creating a trash disposal ordinance"
